Delegate April Rose and Governor Larry Hogan with members of Girls Who Code
I serve District 5 which encompasses a majority of Carroll County. Governor Hogan appointed me to Senator Justin Ready’s position in the House of Delegates in March of 2015, upon his appointment to the Maryland Senate.
I’m honored to be serving Carroll County and representing Maryland with a conservative voice. I greatly appreciate the support I receive from Carroll County residents and am doing my best to stand up for our principles and values in Annapolis.
Maryland desperately needs reform and change. Under the O’Malley administration taxes went up, the business community was under attack and property rights were trampled. We need to solve this problem. I will work tirelessly to reduce the tax burden on our families and the business community. I will continue to sponsor legislation that will restore local control on land use issues.
If you have any questions, comments, or concerns regarding constituent issues please contact my office at April.Rose@house.state.md.us or by phone at (410) 841-3070. Please also visit my Facebook page, Delegate Rose.
Thank you for your support and let’s make Maryland great again.
Delegate April R. Rose
